From miga ai-hanmi. Shite shuffles in and offers his back hand palm down, uke grabs the hand and pulls. Shite raises his hand to his ear and delivers atemi with the right hand -- forcing uke to block and unbalancing uke

As Shite open steps, his striking hand comes over uke's and grasps it from top. Shite frees his gripped hand by pulling it through uke's hand at the thumb/forefinger area and pivoting from his elbow. At the conclusion of the open step, shite's arm is against uke's and shite has grasped uke's wrist from top. Shite pivots his arm at the elbow joint and extends it out, palm up, perpendicular to uke's.

Shite cross steps in, exhaling, driving the power from his hips and legs forward and continuing the pressure on uke's elbow. Once uke starts to be thrown forward, shite lets go, allowing uke to complete the forward roll. zanshin
