Reverse Wrist or Reverse Hand Throw
This technique unbalances ukes entire body by turning
ukes wrist outward.
This technique can be applied from either a standing or kneeling position, and in response
to many different attacks such as front strike, side strike, punching, or grabbing...etc.

Do not pull ukes hand to the side by turning your hips when
performing the throw. |

Do not pull up on ukes hand when you throw. |
