third control techniques
Third control is applied to ukes wrist, elbow, and
shoulder. In order to apply third control,
you must make sure that ukes elbow is bent in an "L" shape. This
technique can be
applied from either a standing or kneeling position, and in response to many different
attacks such as front strike, side strike, punching, or grabbing...etc.

this technique; do not just move your hands and feet separately. |
