in an X position, open steps, gripping uke's elbow and fingers, and brings his
arm over in a wide downward arc and down, while cross stepping in.

into the air, bringing uke's hand up so shite is looking at his palm,
and applys sankajo grip with his right hand. Shite forward pivots,
applying the sankajo lock. shite begins to cross step
