Suwariwaza:Yokomenuchi
yonkajo osae ni (seated technique: side
strike, 4th control pin #2)
From seiza. As Uke
raises up and strikes with yokomenuchi, Shite raises up, shuffles in and blocks uke's
attack early, delivering atemi with the right hand -- unbalancing uke by
bringing her striking hand back.
Shite brings right hand over uke's
in an X position, initiates a 95 degree pivot, and brings uke's arm over in a
wide downward arc and down. At the end of the pivot, shite's hands are position
to apply yonkajo.
Shite pivots, raising uke's
arm into the air, bringing uke's hand up and applys yonkajo grip.As
Shite completes a large pivot, shite brings uke's arm down and
through shite's center in a circular motion. Uke comes around and does a
sliding pivot breakfall.
...maintaining the lock, shite shifts
his body to be perpendicular to uke's. Shite brings uke's hand up
against his chest, locks it into position, and applies the finishing lock.
Zanshin.
